Even if we follow your logic and accept a $50 subscription price (it's like $20 for most), and accept that artists out there are lining up to deliver quality outputs at $10 an image, a subscription would be the cost of five good images, my workflow for game assets puts me about one good image every 15 minutes which includes all the post editing and formatting
