Montagne Ardaen

Aevorius was born to a nation retorn
Whose fires were burning nadir
To remedy this agony and reassert Dràkony
The Dragonlord sent him here

In the waning years of the Age of Fears
His parents were wingless prefects
And you know the rest from the ancient crest
In the days of the Dragorex

In his youth he fought claw and tooth
To mark himself worthy of name
His father was hopeful, jealous and boastful
That his sons had all done the same

But fire burned as ambition churned
To give Aevorius his drive
He dreamt of a world where dragons had hurled
His voice to unplundered skies

So starting his quest he looked to the west
To the city where dragons may roam
He set out to feast in the uncharted east
To call a new place his home

The disparate tribes had gone picking sides
And found themselves aghast
That the upstart boy of Tyralakoi
Was keen on observing his past

But doubts he’d attack and temperance he’d lack
As the old ways seemed to bore
Drakonia had come from the laypeople’s sum
And kings were simply no more

So mounting his drake he looked to the lake
Where fondest memories grew
His father had taught the same things he sought;
He dreamt of kingdom, too

In visions insane he took hold the reins
Of a man who echoed his quest
He saw now the end and could never rend
His life from heaven’s behest

So looking to the peaks and evaluating his feats
Aevorius felt no disdain
For once in song his people had longed
To cross Mountains Ardain

So looking to the peaks and evaluating his feats
Aevorius felt no disdain
For once in song his people had longed
To cross Mountains Ardain

And he made way for

Draki pane was born to a nation retorn
Whose fires were burning nadir
To remedy this agony and reassert Dràkony
The Dragonlord sent him here
