Hopeful Belief

When the night is long and hope feels gone
When the storm inside won’t move on
I lift my eyes though I can’t see
Still, something deep inside says “believe”

I've walked through fire, I've faced the flood
My hands are tired, stained with the mud
But grace keeps whispering to me
“You're not alone, just still believe”

I believe when the world falls apart
I believe with a trembling heart
Even when I’m broken, down on my knees
You’re still my Savior, You still see me
I don’t have the strength, but You never leave

I've seen dreams shatter in my hands
But You still hold the master plan
Your voice brings peace when I can't breathe
Lord, give me the faith to still believe

I believe when the lights disappear

Even in the silence, You are near

I don’t have the proof, but I have Your peace
